HYROX Simulations — Open to the Public
Test yourself against the official HYROX race format in a full simulation event. Our HYROX Simulations are open to the public — no membership required. Whether you're chasing a PR or trying the format for the first time, it's the best way to experience race day.

HYROX Training
HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness race, and it's at the heart of everything we do. As an official HYROX Training Club in Houston, our coaches build you toward the race standard — pairing running with functional stations like sled pushes, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and rowing. Programming is structured, measurable, and fully scalable, so first-timers and competitive athletes train side by side. We also host HYROX Simulations open to the public, so you can experience the full race format before event day.

Bootcamp
Our signature group Bootcamp blends strength training and high-intensity cardio into constantly varied circuits. Every session is coach-led and fully scalable, so beginners and seasoned athletes train side by side and leave stronger. It's a great complement to HYROX training — building the conditioning base, work capacity, and accountability that carry over to race day.

Kickboxing
